This is damn cool, I'm gonna try it the minute I get back home, and then start planning to paint a Titan Master as Tailgate!

I think alchemist prime would make an easy base for tailgate, aside from the lower legs and eyes he already has all the right colors.

this is the one time I'm gonna have to say that that is not a hidden feature, it isn't even a feature.

You know what would be really cool... if someone could discover a way to remove Rodimus Prime's Matrix in vehicle mode without having to completely take it apart. Or if there was like a second compartment specifically for vehicle mode no one knew about. Sadly though I think the spot everyone knows about is the only place and it's not easy to access in vehicle mode.

I used search, but I didn't find it.

Has it been posted before ? Armada cyclonus can hold the rotor as a blade (quite known) but also the rear booster as a gun.

Can't be an accident or fan-mode, the fact these items detach and fits so perfectly.

I think the propeller coming off and being able to attach as a weapon was noted on TFWiki, but I have never heard of the booster coming off and fitting over the hand. Sweet. Cool find!

Another good option, though expensive, would be Necro from the Trypticon set. The character he was modeled on drew heavily from G1 Tailgate so it'd be a much closer match that most others.

Obviously, even if you find it at Ollie's next week for $50 that's a lot of cash to spend to just get the titan master.

I knew about it first came out and even remember a few reviewers mentioning it; then I want to say the later runs it was glued down. Might be wrong on that last part.

I’ve owned MP Star Saber since its release in 2015, and only TODAY did I try to find a way to store the jet nose cone in the large robot mode. My Plan A was to customize some kind of connection port, but no customization is necessary.

The bottom of the nose cone has a slit, and the backpack has a nub. Neither of which seems to serve a purpose in any mode.

The blue nub fits perfectly into the nose cone slit.

And voila! Big robot mode storage for the jet nose cone. Just in case you wanted to store the nose cone kibble. It ain’t exactly unobtrusive, but it’s no worse than, say, most of the Titans Return figures, which have a huge honking rifle randomly tabbed into their spine.

    Barely noticeable from the front.
