Kinda cool, too bad it's a big ol' partsformer and he doesn't admit it.

I'm actually working on a Movie swoop from Voyager megatron, but going for more of a beast wars look...(BTW, what is a "partsformer"? Does it mean it needs add-on/take away parts for it to work??)

Uhh no. That thing is hideous.

    Yes.

And a resounding no to this Swoop. I know the Starscream mold isn't exactly a looker, but this guy somehow managed the difficult task of making it uglier.

The wings disappear - the gattling guns get replaced with Ratchet's arms - the bird head ends up on the back somehow.

The bird head is just the regular nosecone. It doesn't pop off at all.

This thing winds up looking almost exactly like Swoop's cybertronian alt mode (back when he was called Divebomb). I support it.

Oh yeah, check. I forgot it folded back.

The bird mouth doesn't appear to shut though, so another point off for that.

Also, the rear fins are removed and put on back for robot mode.

As do I. It's not a bad job at all, partsforming or not.

Parts-former but well painted and looks good for what it is.
