I bought the PS3 bundle at Wal-Mart that has Medal of Honor and Uncharted 2. However, I have no interest in either game. Can I get away with exchanging them for games I do want?

Are they worth retail price if unopened?

Nope. They're worth whatever GameStop says they're worth. Check the game packaging, make sure it doesn't say "WALMART EXCLUSIVE!!11!" or anything. You'll get more from GameStop because they're unopened, but not much more.

They don't have that, if I can get RDR and WFC, even if I have to pay a little extra, that would be cool.

Don't think you'll get that much for them. Probably enough for one, but not for two.

Actually, at least in my area we were expressly forbidden from accepting unopennned games. Too many people ripping off other stores to try and trade in with GS that they put the stop to it so they weren't accused of knowingly taking stolen merchandise more than they allready are.

Since they were in the bundle they probably have "not for resale" where the barcode should be so taking advantage of after XMas relaxed return policies is probably out of the question so your best bet is to sell 'em on the forums, Craigslist or Ebay. Price them to move though since UC2 is older so a lot of people have it and MOH is on pretty much everybody's Black Friday ad (anywhere from $5 with purchase of another game to $35) so it's bound to be going for less...
