They are both images of united blurr. But different. I just want an official image of the figure. Its coming out next week I think.
I bet the shiny one is united. It makes sense. The other shiny paint jobs are all united. Like BBTS shows the Hasbro figure as united a lot of the time.
Alucard77 is absolutely right though... the first pic is of United Blurr, but the second one is definitely Generations Blurr. The sheen is not the only difference your should be noticing. The colors are different (take note of the feet and the fists) the rims are either painted (United) or unpainted (Generations) etc...
OOOHHH, ok. Your right. I still would like to see pics, like wave 4 pics. I want to get this guy but it would be nice to see him up close and personal.

The first is the United Blurr we can expect to see. The second is likely an earlier prototype, which has been the case with several other United figures. The second one has several different paint apps than the Hasbro version.
Generations blurr has black front-shoulder plates with a blue vent paint applications. He also has a black core body piece with a blue crotch piece. Generations blurr is not in any of the pictures linked to in the first post. I have him right in front of me. The magazine scan is takara's solicitation photo, and the other pictures are mockups.
