From my understanding, CHMS makes better quality KOs.

the CHMS mold is damned near the same as takara/hasbro...the fists are really tight and a bitch to swing out...but all the joints are tight and the chest plate snaps tight and flush...i got the 3 purple seeker set and thundercracker and love all 4 of them.

    no problems what so ever...

I've got six CHMS Seekers so far (soon to be 9 thanks to daelite20's store!). They're really nice, quality is near that of Has/Tak's releases.

My KO Thundercrack is actually tighter than my legit Henkei in some areas, like the wings and tail fins.

    CHMS:
-Better mold (a lot of them come with a loose left wrist joint though, can be easily fixed).
-Very sloppy paint apps (sometimes misaligned, and seems like they use a single coat since you can see the plastic underneath most of the times).
-All 3 of my CHMS seekers have a small gap at the cockpit/canopy area.
-CHMS marking at the right leg.
-Packaging has no beveled Transformers logo, has a CHMS logo where the Takara/Tomy should be and the printing quality is really bad and low resolution.

    Version 1:
-Looser joints, specially the knees and waist ball joints.
    -Really good paint apps.
-Some noticeable mold differences compared to the legit ones (no notches at the knees and notches at the shoulders are not in the same place).
-Missile launchers fall from the shoulder ports in robot mode (just like the legit ones).
    -Slightly weaker plastic than CHMS.
-Packaging looks near perfect, the only thing missing (at least with the ones I got) is the manga all legit figures come with. The included collectors card is also very high quality.

Both versions are pretty good for the price, but the original Takara versions are still better IMO (the only problem with my Tak TC was Missile launchers falling off, but that's an easy fix)

I currently have 2x Version 1 seekers (TC and SW) and 3 CHMS seekers (TC, SW and Orange Sunstorm) for whatever reason, none of them hold the right side wing perfectly straight in alt mode, it's always a litle bit angled down.
None of my legit seekers have this problem (I currently own all the original Henkei sekkers but Skywarp and also Classics Starscream x2, Target Skywarp x3, Acid Storm and Ramjet so I believe I have enough seekers to compare with.

I have three Air Warriors, the Sunstorm, the yellow one and am waiting on the Rainmakers to arrive. CHMS makes a pretty good seeker:)

I have the two different sunstorms (yellow and orange) and three of the air warriors

All of them are really tight. Some are a tad too tight on certain joints.

The only damages/breaks are on two of the air warriors. The feet had excess plastic or something. When moved, the hinge got stress marks or cracks. Be very careful with the feet!
**My third air warrior and both Sunstorms have good feet - so it's not all of the KO seekers**

I'd definitely buy more in the future. Provided, of course, that there are more interesting decos. The 'rainmakers' and chrome ones aren't doing it for me.

I goth the orange seeker... Sunstorm from dealite. I didn't get to play with him much but I do remember the paint being a bit sloppy. And the left hand is way loose. But i'm still happy with it. I'll probably add some paint. I need to find a way to fix that hand though.

Will CHMS be putting out a Starscream? I've got a Thundercracker ordered from BBTS and have Thrust and Dirge . . . trying to put the finishing touches on a six pack without mortgaging my house. :D

Definitely go with the ones marked CHMS. I made the mistake when I ordered my Henkei Thundercracker and Skywarp and they very loose. They can't even hold their weapons at all and if you breath on them the guns fall right out.
When I purchased the Henkei Sunstorm, its joints were pretty nice and tight without being too tight.
I'm going to replace my V1 TH and SW with CHMS V2. Much better quality.
V2 Sunstorm makes you think Hasbro actually made it. The other nice thing about CHMS, is on the package their labeled as CHMS, unlike V1 which says Takara/Tommy.
