Concerning the future of Transformers franchise

    The problem is that Star Wars isn't a multiverse. Sure they have their share of continuity problems, but for the most part everything is all one universe. TF could follow their business model, or even Marvel and DC's model at least as far as direct-to-video releases and connections to movies, toys, comics etc.

    I think that eventually another Director would get a shot at the Live Action series, maybe find a middle ground when it comes to the robots. Not sure about rebooting or just having a new Decepticon Leader show up (one who would live to see more sequals, intact, without losing his bearings)

    The Live Action Franchise has made Hasbro realize that maybe Transformers could be their new sci fi series, since Star Wars is only being released in new Versions or Expanded Universe.
