I was just looking through my task manager after I was having some internet explorer issues, when I saw something called dwatson32.exe running. When I googled it all I could find was drwatson32.exe is a trojan key logger. When I ran AVG and a search on windows for it, nothing came up. Is dwatson32.exe something different then drwatson32.exe? Or is AVG just not picking up the virus.

Try another spyware checker or dig it out manually.

The real Dr.Watson is the program debugger in pre-Vista/S2008 flavors of windows, it'll be called drwtsn32.exe if your using XP.

Oh thanks, although it does that "drwatson.exe, drwtsn32.exe or dwwin.exe" are what it is usually called. So hopefully is was drwtson32.exe I saw and not dwatson32.exe. I can't even check now because it isn't showing up in my task manager anymore.

Yeah I am using XP, so hopefully that is what I saw. Thanks.
