Two weeks in the making, plenty of small screw-ups here and there as well as a full redesign, but it is FINISHED!

    All hail, the mighty decepticons!

For the WIP thread, see: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radicons-customs/281709-my-bonneville-decepticon.html

Thanks to everyone who helped motivate me to do this! I will be moving on to larger projects shortly! Comments and Critiques are welcome!

Daytime pictures will be taken as soon as there's daylight....

I try to do things a little differently, treading out in to untapped creative places.

I'll be doing an autobot one for a friend soon.

Thanks! I'm a fan of some of your work as well :D

I love the project! Awsome! But really, do you think any Cybertronian would take the shape of a Pontiac Bonneville? Well, maybe the twins if they made it into a combiner, lol, jk.....you know how thier last combiner choice wasnt the greatest either, lol......JK!! Love it man! Keep it up!

Being made from FixIt sculpt and with about 4 good coats of clear acrylic on it, it should. We'll see here in a bit just how well it holds up, Missouri is notorious for bad weather....

Yeah, understood no one wants to be a bonnie, but then again, I dont have any GMs laying around, so I had to take what I could get lol...It does, however have so much space in it that I've managed to cram 12 speakers in to the beastly machine ;)

I don't think rain, snow or wind will pose any threat to it. But I do believe bumpy roads, mud, and hail will do a number on it. Also, I'd be careful at the carwash. Acrylic most likely won't hold up very well against blasts of water. If there was any way to redo it, I'd go with varnish or shellac.

It'll probably get a coat of varnish soon as well. Either that or a clear apoxie "shell" coating. Hail shouldnt be a problem, its under the hood. Rocks are probably the biggest concern. And I wash my car by hand, so I'm covered there too.
