UPDATE: Completed with just some very small finishing touches up ahead. Then I'll post up alternate mode pics about mid-week.

    * I used epoxy to make his two brows into one brow and took off his winged ears leaving those little nubs very similar to G1 Ironide. I also ground off all of his Capt. America Stars and was able to put an autobot symbol right on his chest.

This one is painted with the 'worn-style' and I added some nice wear here and there using a little chrome to mimic rubs and minimal scratches under the paint apps.

I used a light shade of grey, a darker shade of grey, red, light blue, and chrome and of course black paint colors.

Cool. The Crossover figures are pretty versatile, I tried for a Trailbreaker figure using one, but a couple people beat me to the punch.

These crossover figures are great on so many different levels. This is one damn good looking Ironhide.

Thanks Solrac, Shadowbreaker, and Cheetor!! This one is actually my first ever Crossover. The only thing I didn't like about it was the textured body panel parts.

Thank you Midnight! Reptile, now that you mention it, he does look bulky and mean which I think is true of the WFC figs. I can't wait to get my hands on those!

Also, how did you remove the "ears"? Did you just cut them off or disassembled the whole thing?

I simply cut them off man and then sanded the nubs smooth.

I am glad that this one is well received, I worked a good while on it and tried to make it say, "Ironhide!" I only wish I could've used another head though that was even more Ironhide looking. Thanks man!
