I wish it was connected to the Marvel comic app.

I’d jump on this in a heartbeat.

This is download only right? No real trades? If so i'll pass. I like having real trades on by bookcase. If it's real trades I would jump on it.

Get an iPad, and then you can put that on the bookcase. Don't get me wrong, no one loves real books more than me, but I also love being able to put 180 pounds of comic books into a less than 1 pound package I can take anywhere.

Who has almost the whole Nocenti/JRjr Daredevil run, the entire Starlin Warock Saga, some random late '70s/early '80s issues of Superman, the collected Warren comics of Richard Corben, the entire Priest Black Panther series, the complete Priest Quantum and Woody series, Jack Kirby's entire Mister Miracle run, and Batman: 10 Nights of the Beast at work with him today? *double thumbs* This Guy.

And with a wifi connection, I've got thousands more I can download and read in seconds. Even if you only ever buy digital comics when they have ridiculous sales, you will soon have a HUGE library, and it's so cheap, it doesn't feel like double dipping.

just got a couple Epic Collections (can't pass on 99 cents) and that collection of Golden Age Marvel first issues.

    Wolverine & Captain America
    Wolverine & Nicky Fury: Scorpio
    X-Men Epic Collection: Mutant Genesis
    - I'm sure I already have a version of this, but hey 99 cents
    X-Men: Longshot
Excalibur Epic Collection: The Cross-Time Caper
Thanos Vol. 2: The God Quarry
Tomb of Dracula: The Complete Collection Vol. 1

I have a kindle, but I'd rather read on my comp. Can I just download these to my PC? If so I want the Secret Empire.

UNless I'm missing something, comixology usually doesn't download to your computer (there are select DRM-free ones that are marked as such but none of the few Marvel titles I have are that) but you can read stuff through the browser on a PC.

    logging in to comixology...

edit: what a random collection of title issues in that Avengers Epic Collection. That's the one thing that sometimes bothers me about them.

It's all stuff out chronologically round then?

    Mike's Amazing World of Comics

The annuals are all part of the Subteranean War crossover that Avengers is a part of

I bought a few more marvel things. A lot of what they reduced isn't really my cup of tea.

I'm glad they have complete stories, but what I don't like is that the contents often say something like "Including material from ____ #__." Where they just reprint the part of the issue that relates to the storyline. I'd rather the entire issue be included or none of it.

Even if the material is unrelated to the main theme of the book?

Short answer: yes. I'm not interested in theme collections, I'm interested in complete collections.

Which is why I go for Masterworks over Epics when the option is available. I know that Masterworks will be comprehensive. For example, I’m honestly not sure what the epics are going to do for the ancillary Spider-Man titles other than when they directly crossover like Kraven’s Last Hunt.

But the additional material for the other annuals will show up in their title's Epic Collection.
Only a matter of time before Marvel Team Up, Peter Parker and Web Of Epics emerge I'd have thought. MTU first please!
