eh, we all have similar tastes on some things, or DC's hype machine is working, either way.

Just a few months ago, if you were to tell me that I'd not only be reading DC Comics, but eagerly awaiting DC titles more than Marvel ones, I'd call you a liar and then possibly hit you. Today, though, if I were forced to choose between the two companies, I'd definitely pick DC.

Infinite Crisis is the most fun I've had reading comics since the Age of Apocalypse back in '95. Every part of IC I've read (barring anything with the word "Thanagarian" in the title :p ) has just been incredibly compelling and enjoyable.

Meanwhile, Marvel's whole House of M thing has moved beyond the point of being just boring and is now actually offending me a little. An 8-issue miniseries where nothing really happens until issue #6 is not a good thing, and it amazes me that anyone would think otherwise. Especially since the only real point I can see to the HUGE CROSSOVER EVENT is to hit the reset button on almost everything Morrison did on his X-Men run.

For everyone picking up both Villains United #6 and Infinite Crisis #1 you're suppose to read Villains United first, according to DC Comics and Wizard Magainze #169.
