San Diego Comic-con has released their programming schedule for all four days of the con.
Aaron Archer and Jared Wade of Hasbro design will appear at 12noon to 1pm on saturday
to present new animated and universe transformers.
Included is a sneak peek at the 25th aniversary plans.

Comic-Con 2008 :: Programming for Saturday, July 26

Update:
Hasbro has 3 other toy panels scheduled.
GiJoe - 11:30-12:30 Thursday
Star Wars & Indiana Jones - 1:15-2 Friday
Marvel - 2:30-3:30 Friday
The other big panel is
"All Hail The Transformers".
This is IDW's panel and is on friday from 4-5 pm.

 

Man, I wish I could go. I went last year, but I am unable to this year.   I hope things get reported back to here as to what is said and what happened.  

 

Oh, they will. Just look at all the botcon threads. Ya won't miss out.





And I myself hope they anounce Red Alert and more Seekers.

I really wish I could go, but I will be passing this info on to my friend at work who is going. Hopefully, this won't interfere with any of the other panels she wants to attend.

 

I cant go since I live in Northern Vermont, I wont be able to go and airline are so overrated, damn overpricings. I would have went saturday anyways, better show animated wave 5+ and Uni Smokescreen, Jazz, Hound, Ratchet, Red Alert, and Ironhide's weapon!

 

man i would love to be at that! but i have a 3 week old baby so i cant, she is the new #1 in my life   transformers and my wife fight for # 2  

 

Man there are too many good panels........ all at the same time! I want to tear my hair out! (but I don't want to be bald so I won't)

 

hopefully there will be an autobot jazz in the universe line up since they had a recolor from the movie version

I'd love to see a lazy man's Wave 4 with Ratchet, Smokescreen, and Red Alert in it. All basicly repaints (except Ratchet's newq head and lightbar.) but it would be so much the win for me.

 

No TF2?

I thought there was supposed to be some footage of TF2? I saw nothing of the sort on the various itineraries??

My hopes for the announcements are that we most of the more reasonable predictions confirmed. But what'd be really cool is if we get some announcements that come totally out of left field. In a good way.

Some suggestions:

Universe Headmaster Chromedome.

Combiners Combiners Combiners.

More Activators

New scout class molds, either for the Movie, or Universe or both.

Leader class Starscream confirmation(which they've had plenty of time to work on, and could reveal without any major spoiler to the movie). I hope they've taken the opportunity to really perfect it, given the travesty that was voyager Starscream's jet mode.

Lastly I'd like to see more commitment to Animated. I don't like that they've been so reluctant to confirm future series, and so slow to release the toys. The show is the best thing in years, much better than many were expecting and now they need to run with it. Tell us there's some sort of grand plan.
