just noticed this on page 2: I guess that settles it. It must be scout-sized. And I agree with Crombiecron. This is gonna be a nobody character. If this guy makes an actual appearance in the movie, I'll be very surprised. The design isn't even close to movie styling. But hopefully they'll find a use for him in the comic.
Yeah I got agree wit the other guy too. Not that it's as terrible but judging from the quality of the paint apps and the simplicity of the hinges and body. I'd say its a scout or something new they are trying instead of the "Real Gears" this time around. Don't quote me but didn't they say that Real Gears stuff might not be considered for the sequel? And that is not because they didn't sell but just not as well as they thought they would?
I'm so tired of seeing people tossing around the word "McDonald's" for every toy they think is somewhat simplistic. When was the last time you actually LOOKED AT A HAPPY MEAL TOY? This thing has articulated limbs, several ball joints and multiple paint applications. You're lucky if a Happy Meal toy actually has articulated limbs. Don't like it? Fine. Think it looks "cheap"? Maybe. Happy Meal toy? Absolutely not. Let me guess: The colors are "neon", especially the gray.
He looks mis transformed. The panels his shoulders are on look like they should swing back against his sides.
It really doesn't. This is an actual McDonalds Transformers toy. Bumblebee (2008) - Autobot - www.tfu.info The truck doesn't resemble the McDonalds quality of toy at all.
All I'm saying it kind of reminds me of something that you would get from McDonalds, didn't say that it was a bad thing just not my thing.
nice slueth work gumshoe. you'll be in line for that promotion before you know it. now if we can just solve that tricky out of focus problem we might get to the real meat of this issue at hand.
Know what? I'm going with this because of the Bull/Ox logo on the trailer of the truck...... ...Still do not want.
