After a conversation with Wheeljack i spotted these cool 1/32 Tamiya kits & thought they would work really well for the Autobot Targetmasters,so i bought a set of 3 & set to work on Sureshot first.

Huge thanks to Wheeljack & ALPHAMAGNUS who's versions were a huge inspiration.
The car mode is a tamiya 1/32 Savanah leo & i'm using Universe Sidestreaker for the main torso.

The legs are uni seeker legs heavily chopped down to fit, knees are from Ani Ratchet, wheels are from Uni hound & the rest is a mixture of Gundam parts & styrene

After seeing Wheeljack put those little brass hinges to such good use on his reshells i thought i'd try a few then i went back to my local model store the next day & bought all they had in stock.
The arms are from Uni Hound attached to his knees (plugs straight in!) with the hips cut & glued in place to make the backs of the shoulders
Back wheels from uni hound again, screwed in place with a running grove carved where they connect to the body so they can be moved forward in alt mode.

Finaly heres the shells for the other two

I wanted to go for a really different look for Crosshairs (left) due to the sucky nature of his g1 alt mode.

    Damn you and your skills.

I hope to venture into the scratch-build and reshell skill level within the next year or two. Still need to perfect my painting.

Getting much closer to the finish now just loads of sanding & making sure everything meets together well.

Great as usual. I was wondering when that open space on the alt mode would be filled in with something. Looking really seamless!

Btw, what do you use to fill in the gaps of the styrene? I've tried green stuff before but it always tends to come out of the gaps once sanded.
