There seems to be enough people who want Swoop to be able to be attached to the Back of Volcanicus, so I am going to see if I can get a backpack designed to accomplish that. It will use the same baseplate as my slash pack, but obviously have a different second piece to attach swoop to. It WILL be bulky, I am using a combiner port to facilitate the connection to swoop. Here is what I have so far. I am thinking about putting some Prime Master ports to either side of the combiner port to add some details and reduce the weight of the print.

Awesome. I might get this even though I don't have Grimlock.

Okay, crazy idea, since you're talking about adding more detail, but keep the weight down. What about finding some configuration for slash so that you can wrap that figure around the connector, and secure it?

Love it! Any other ideas to make it more versatile? I'm trying to think of one, but aside from tech detail to make it look like a Prime Master docking station I've got nothing.

I will for sure be ordering this. Now i know this is slightly off topic, but have you ever attempted a combiner port splitter to give a character extra arms?

I had not, if you would be willing to throw up a quick sketch of what you are picturing in your head I will give it a try. Are you thinking high and low liken set at the shoulder and one set below it, or more front to back, with one set up and over where a normal shoulder would be?

Honestly either, I was thinking something like a garden hose splitter, kind of Y shaped. Wouldn't 1 piece work both ways depending on how you attached it, vertical vs horizontal?

me too, but I don't have a printer set up at the moment. I'm hoping someone here takes a crack at it to let me know what mods I need to make.

I wish I could, I don't have a printer. This would be really useful for another project I'm working on. Although I would need to do a hell of a lot of modifying to get what I want out of it.
