In the skies above Cybertron,two combiners wage a brutal battle.Computron thankfully kicks Menasor into Cybertron's orbit.Menasor falls to The Council building,where Windblade and Maxima stand guard.Windblade and Maxima courageously fight the menacing brute,though Maxima is badly injured and taken by Windblade into the building for repairs.Menasor walks away into Kaon,undecided on what to do next while Optimus Prime stands behind The Council building.Inside the building,the Council of Pyra Magna,Ultra Magnus,and Rodimus get up from their database,greeting Windblade and helping to place Maxima on a stretcher.Pyra Magna proposes that they unleash the Enigma of Combination to build a combiner army,but Rodimus hesitates.Pyra Magna sits back down,listening closely.Pyra Magna moves to unleash the Enigma when Windblade objects.Just at that moment,Optimus Prime storms in.The great leader orders the Council not to unleash the Enigma,and Pyra Magna is angered over this,also when Maxima gets up,repaired by Rodimus.Pyra Magna,in refusal,unleashes the Enigma.She calls in the Torchbearers and they combine into Victorion,with combiners like Devastator,Menasor,and Computron heeding the call to come.Windblade,with a change of mind,pulls the trigger and combines all four combiners into the immense titan Nexuscon.Optimus Prime,disgraced,summoned Metroplex.The Titan was disassembled into the four combiners which were disassembled into twenty components.Maxima,realizing Windblade had a bad intention for Cybertron,flung her sword through her former red jet partner.Pyra Magna runs over,but Rodimus pulls out her spark,calling her a traitorous Transformer.Optimus Prime is in happiness over the victory and calls all Cybertronians to help rebuild the area together.

Cybertron is under heavy rebuilding operations,and the combiners are taking part.Optimus Prime is smiling atop The Council building,as Perceptor approaches him.All is well until a gigantic dinosaur Trypticon arises from the towers,preparing to strike under orders from Megatron,currently spying on Ultra Magnus.Rodimus asks Metroplex for help,causing Metroplex to defend Kaon Plaza.Optimus summons Rodimus,Maxima,Perceptor,Victorion,Computron,and Ultra Magnus to meet up with him and Metroplex there.To the Autobots' worries,the Seeker Squadron of Starscream,Thundercracker,and Skywarp are leading Trypticon through the streets of Kaon.Perceptor informs the Autobots that Victorion may know of another titan that can aid them,decommissioned after the war,Fortress Maximus.Optimus Prime sends Ultra Magnus and Victorion to the coordinates of the mighty Fortress' location while Trypticon continues a rampage while Metroplex stands against him.Thundercracker injures Perceptor as the battle continues.Perceptor,injured but not giving up,operated the defenses for all ancient buildings.Trypticon was facing a pounding,but still stood.Megatron sneaks up on Optimus Prime,firing the Requiem Blaster.The two longtime rivals have a head on fight as only Rodimus,Maxima,Perceptor,Metroplex,and Computron stand to fight.Menasor and Devastator race to aid Trypticon while the great warrior Overlord appears from the shadows.Overlord throws Rodimus aside,soon becoming pounded down by Computron.Back at Fortress Maximus' location,the elderly titan fires a swarm of missles toward Trypticon's coordinates.The mighty warrior's Titan Master Emissary and his caretaker Cerebros greet Ultra Magnus and Victorion.Emissary pilots one of the missles and heads over to aid Metroplex.Optimus Prime throws Megatron aside back at Kaon and heads back to the battlefield.Skywarp picks his leader up as the battle continues.Fortress Maximus and his beckoners soon come back to Kaon as the real fight takes phase.Emissary,at Metroplex,concludes that he is running low on energy.Trypticon rips both of Metroplex's arms off and throws him into the Primal Chamber.The purple and green dinosaur steals Emissary and gets the Titan Master ability to breathe fire.Emissary struggles to resist,but Trypticon is too powerful.Hot Rod decides to help the helpless Titan Master,with Maxima trying to change his mind.Rodimus wheels in a gunhole in Trypticon and steals back Emissary in the midst of chaos.Emissary's helper now injured,saw Overlord.The menacing Decepticon fired missles and further injured Hot Rod.Overlord smirked as he placed a Shadow Spark in Rodimus,turning him to Rodimus Unicronus.At Kaon,Fortress Maximus is beginning to slow,tempting Maxima to powerlink.The energy overcharges her as Emissary yells for her to disconnect.Meanwhile,Rodimus Unicronus begins his rampage.Thankfully,Computron is able to activate the defenses of the Prime Chamber.Maxima decombines from Fortress Maximus,and Cerebros saves her from being nearly hit by a barrage of shrapnel.Maxima then decides to help Fortress Maximus through the debris,as Trypticon continues to wreak havoc.Victorion is being pounded by Trypticon,when Fortress Maximus meets up with fellow Titan Metroplex.The two help cover Victorion,though Trypticon pounds all three of them.Unfortunately,Trypticon begins the transformation into fortress mode.Emissary has some fun target practice aboard Maxima,when everyone realizes Trypticon has digested the Enigma of Combination.Meanwhile,Megatron fires on Victorion.With her being pummeled by him and now Menasor,Trypticon uses the opportunity to eat her,which causes chaos among the Autobots.Victorion soon recovers and busts through Trypticon's eye,Enigma in hand.Computron tries to hit Trypticon while he's hurt in his eye,only to be hit with flames from a mysterious figure,the first Decepticon;Megatronus.Megatron tells the former Prime that he took his name in honor,though Megatronus dismisses his blabber.Megatronus kills Optimus Prime,and flies away,holding the Enigma of Combination and the Matrix of Leadership.He announces that he will be back.Megatron is angry for another to steal his Decepticon leadership,and decides upon forming a treaty with the Autobots to repel the grand chaotic foe.Megatron then realizes where Megatronus is going,and the Transformers fly off into the distant sky.Back on the ground,Optimus' dead body absorbs all of Iacon and Kaon's power,becoming Optimus Primal.He wonders where the others went,deciding to personally go after Megatronus and reclaim the Matrix.Although before he can leave,Overlord and Rodimus Unicronus fight him.Primal defeats Overlord and his former soldier,taking Rodimus Unicronus' body to make good again with the Matrix's power.Meanwhile in a dark room,Megatronus brings the ultimate Combiner to life;Predaking.
