i still have no idea how that works on a mental level for them, but that art has always been awesome. great job recreating it.

Very nice. I'm going to be hitting the trading section of the board soon looking for Victorion. My daughter got into transformers recently and I'd like her to have the torchbearers.

Looks nice. Does everything still works normal with that head? Or is it like Smolder.

 

It's @SteamShield's Shapeways head & the Toyhax set slightly customised to remove a lot of the blue as I pre-painted him to get rid of as much scattershot detailing as possible.

 

totally worth that price. I didn't think I'd love the Torchbearers as much as I do.

 

All clearances are fine and all the modes still work but I did find out the hard way you have to be careful of his cheek guard fronts, they can scuff or wear if you turn his head 90°, so it's 45° side glances only and you have to 180° his head for transformation which means you have to remember to do it like this...

...or else end up repainting the bottom corners...again!

The gestalt on the far right, with Onslaught forming the torso, makes me smile. The way you posed not-quite Bruticus is so true to the artwork!

yeah, Bruticus was a pain to get right, if you look close you'll notice that his right leg is extended at the calf, but his left leg is extended at the thigh, this put the legs at the same overall length, but the left knee lower than the right one allowing him to stand at the weird angle with his leg bent, but also keeping first aid's vehicle mode leg intact, where as every one else has extended legs. took be about a half hour to figure out how to do it and get it the way i wanted it.

best part is that the arm hes holing on to Not-Superion with is ACTUALLY helping him stand.
