I just wanted to know the difference in these transformers.
For example 1)E hobby reissue of Red alert and Hasbro's red alert?
    2) E hobby sideswipe and takara/hasbro sideswipe?
    3) E hobby seekers vs hasbro

ASIDE from the packaging/box art, etc. missles accessories.. is there any different in the Robot itself?... is there an E hobby stamp on the body of the bots? etc etc?

    thanks

In the bots themselves I havnt see any difference. The lack of springs in the launchers in the Hasbro ones and the missiles and then the plastic used for some of the weapons and chromed Takara weapons and black or grey weapons and parts with Hasbro. I have compared a few like Red Alert from Takara and Hasbro re-issues and didnt see any difference at all with him.

    Ebay:
The ehobby Sideswipe is pretty identical to the original except the tabs in the hood are a tiny bit thicker than some versions of the G1 (see that website Snakeseyes gave). The takara version is the same mold as the ehobby except it has blue eyes.

The main difference in the seekers is the weapons. The ehobby Skywarp and Thundercracker are pretty much like the later originals of the toys, as is the 1st d-22 reissue of star scream. The TF Collection #9 star scream is colored differently.

The hasbro seeks are just like the latter of the originals except for the Missiles. The are "bloated" and elongated. about twice(guess) the size of the original missiles.
