    Yes, its been out a while but a lot of the international members don't have it yet some of the mail bags went missing and they have had to re print them but US members should have 'em.

    Yeah, I'm going to probably have to order a copy since I moved after they shipped mine out. Last year when I moved, I had a problem getting mine since I have the 3rd class mailing option. Oddly, the post didn't forward it with the rest of our mail with mail forwarding . . . .
