Actually that price is pretty fair if it's the Superlink version (as he claims it is)... Sealed usually goes for $125-ish, MIB would be $100-ish, loose should be right around what he's asking.

Remind me to watch what you post here. I might end up getting a Liokaiser for $50 because it's "loose"

Just because you didn't like Superion Maximus doesn't mean everyone did. I really didn't like any of the Energon toys. Of course I have 2 Rodimus's/Rodimii though.

I see nothing wrong with this auction. it seems more like youre just picking out an auction and badmouthing it for no reason.

Even if the buy it now price is high, I don't understand people picking on an auction that has a high buy-it-now price, but is also just a regular format auction, meaning it could and probably will sell for a lot less. As soon as someone bids up to the reserve price, the buy-it-now option goes away.

No actually I was looking for this & the Bruticus Maximus auction and just because these are the only auctions for these two characters at the moment this tool jacks the price up...I've seen loose versions of these go for cheaper than this but this is taking advantage of his being the only one on E-Bay at the time.

EDIT: I guess some people want to spend $$$ when they don't have to...

Except the "tool" DIDN'T jack the price up - it's got a regular auction going on with an unknown reserve. His BIN isn't that insane, if you don't want to pay that much, that's fine, but he's not a tool for it.

What, do you expect him to GIVE it away?

    1. Your math is wrong. Half of $75 is $25?

    2. Just because you found a good deal last month doesn't mean every seller on eBay has to sell at that price.

    3.
How do you know what the reserve is? It could be $25 for all you know. If you want one, there's absolutely no reason not to bid.

With my luck, I wouldn't have $50 if/when one came up for that price.

    ^ What they said

I had a Superion Maximus up for sale in the Junkon (now it's bumped down to "should I sell it or not?") for $45 OBO. It was up for at least a week with no more than half-assed offers coming in. Am I a tool for asking what I've seen it go for? No.

Now how do you know that person didn't know what they had? I saw one go for $53 shipped. Is that person a tool? No, it was bid up to that price.

That'd be the typical fandom attitude, based on most of the Junkion offers I get. (Yesterday I was offered $75 shipped for Superion Maximus, Armada Tidal Wave, Armada Hot Shot, Armada Race Minicons, and Cyb Supreme Starscream. I don't think I can even ship those for $75)

1.No $25 is what I saw the other one go for I'm going by his $50-75 reserve price

2.And just because some people pay too much that doesn't mean that I have to pay these high prices either

3.Your right I don't know but MOSTLY it's closer to the BIN price then like $10..Case Closed

Not really. I feel my asking prices for those items were pretty fair, and by my calculations, I get $95 before shipping. It was going to California (cross country for me, meaning jacked up shipping...) so by my calculations, that's another $20 for shipping (probably more, because I don't have a box that big AND I'm only approximating), making it a grand total of $115, and that's with the bare minimums I'd ask for those items. And I'd ask the buyer to pay Paypal fees, as well... That's another $5 once it's all said and done. $120 - $75 = $45. There's a difference between haggling and lowballing. That was lowballing.

    1. You know the BIN price. Not the reserve price. For all you know, the reserve is $15. Last time he listed it, it only made it up to $19 and change (same BIN, starting price)

    2. It's called an economy. Sellers are going to deal with the buyers that pay more, and raise their prices accordingly.

    3. Since that made no sense at all, I'll send you to #1

Yes but you wanting more money for more figures DOES make sense I wouldn't give these away either..Listen people can do whatever they want with their stuff the only reason why people like this bug me is that they don't wanted to start out low they really jack up the price which tells them they don't know how much something's are worth.
