Ordered Nightbeat and Heatwave from the Club Store on Tuesday and they got here today! I love these figures and Nightbeat brings back Energon Hot Shot (Primus rest his spark) memories... The reason, though, I orderd Nightbeat instead of Airazor was a news blurb I saw at seibertron.com that day... It said that there were only 16 Nightbeats left... I had to pick it up! I'm glad I did... It's a great figure... Now off to read "Cheap Shots"!
Can't say I like the Hot Shot mold, but Fun Pub did their best to make it look good. The colors are very nice, and even without the ears, I really like the head sculpt. Got a nice Andy Wildman look to it, reminiscent of the era in which Nightbeat was drawn the most. Glad to hear Fun Pub is nearly sold out of it, their old stuff could use more appreciation.
I'd hold off for another one of the club store's sales. They've had some very good package deals on Astrotrain and Airrazor.
