Looking forward to it.
Looks kinda... wonky... but I'll definitely check it out I loved the Clone Wars show
Didn't cartoon network already do a cartoon like this?
I have a bad feeling about this...
I preferred the old look, they should have been using this CG as a new Starwars program platform, with different characters and a new story.
I would have preferred it to stay animated as it was before, but I'll still check it out. Loved the old Clone Wars cartoons.
Same here. The pre-existing Clone Wars toon was pretty great imo.
Still, I'll totally check this out.
So is this any different than the Gendy Tartovsky version or is it the same story retold with CG??
ick. I was hopeing for something more realistic looking. Stylized human characters and cgi don't mix well, in my opinion.
I assume it's completely new in every regard
I liked the Clone Wars story, but the Genndy Tartakovsky perma-scowls on all the characters ruined the animation for me. But then it's pretty much the only place where General Grievous got to be a badass, so I suffered the perma-scowls.
This new series has a lot to live up to since Genndy Tartakovsky's Clone Wars was a lot better than the actual prequels.
Looking good. Hope the Live action series gets made soon though.
leave it to lucas to take something that was just fine how it was, and muck it up with CGI.
THis isn't promising, but I'll give it a try.
New Clone Wars stories. ALOT happened in the time frame between AOTC and ROTS that wasn't covered in the first Clone Wars series. Also, any series that gives me a slight, faint, almost not there glimmer of hope that the AT-TE could see plastic form, has my full support.
They work a hell of a lot better than REALISTIC human characters.
All aboard for the uncanny valley!
