The entry for the draw is open from 27th to 31st August. The figure is 3000yen each. If you want to try your luck, you need an address in Japan. I use this service; http://www.dankedanke.com/en/ I am sure there are others, so I suggest you shop around After you register, the service will provide you with the address, and you can use it to create an account with eHobby. It's late here so I can't post step by step guide, but if anyone wants those figures badly enough to try, I am willing to help. There'll be other charges added to the actual cost, but I am sure it's much less than $150.
