Well, after debating wether to add my work here or not, i thought what the hell!

So, i present my take on Wheeljack. Looking through previous entries, i noticed a lot of Streaker molds being used, which to me, didnt say Wheeljack. Not dis-crediting their creators, but Wheeljack to me wasnt a tall lanky sports car, but a dumpy short sports car.

I also used a mold which stayed as close to the original transformation to the G1 toy, and here is what i came up with.

Very well done! I could see people whose mind's eye image of Wheeljack is based on the G1 toy preferring this look.

Cheers dude. For my project, im aiming for a G1 inspired/based look, based on transformation, looks, alt mode types and character bios.

The wings had no where to go in vehicle mode, so i improvised. A little imagination goes a long way! The big gun is the gadget he made but blew up in his face ( cant remember which ep it was ) and the wings with the backpack are an energy converter, using sunlight to power the gun.......well thats my take on it lol!

Very nice! Is the pin stripping paint or vinyl stickers or something?

Either way, I never thought a Wheeljack based on a Bumblebee mold would work, but you have proved me wrong. Great job!

The stickers are from Reprolabels, which have been cut down and modified to fit the mold. I had some doubts about using the BB mold, and i knew i was taking a chance, but it worked, and i love it!

That's a really good custom for your debute in Radicons. Welcome to the fold!

Really imaginative with the add-ons and reprolabels. Who's next in line?

Thanks for the welcome, ive been lurking for a while, so i decided to take the plunge!

As for whose next..........Swerve, Trailbreaker, Grapple, Jazz, Sideswipe, Beachcomber, Brawl...the list goes on!

I'll let it out now, so i dont have to re-list every name....im re-creating the G1 US toy list from 1984 to 1987 in an updated Classics/Universe form. Not all will be bashes, some will be repaints of newer molds, or have additions with items that feature in the G1 cartoon or Marvel comics. For instance Sideswipe now has a rocket pack, Botcon Huffer has smokestacks, Ironhide has a G1 colour scheme etc.

Im just waiting on Hound and Ratchet to complete the 1984 Bots!

Holy crap, now that's a challenge. I'd love to see how you're going to do stuff like the headmasters. Are you planning on incorporating those gimmicks?

Hahah, now, im not going to go into the Head/Target/Powermaster range as yet, i have no want or need to ( although they are in the 1987 range ). Im going up to the Terracons and Technobots for now.

During that time, im hoping my skills improve and widen in imagination for those toys. Hopefully Hasbro will help me out with some nice new Headmaster molds, which i cant see not happening as we have a new Targetmaster!

We shall see, but for now the project is big enough, and if fairly expensive, especially when looking for parts!

One character i cannot wait to do is Omega Supreme, who will be Supreme
( pun intended! ). How-ever...that means Metroplex will need to be bigger, and the only mold i can think of is...........Fortress Maximus! ( God help me! )
