Ok, and the award for longest time to repaint a friggen deluxe goes to....
No, really, I think I've had this sitting on my work-table for like two years. Mainly because I couldn't figure out how to break up the red in robot-mode. Then I had one of those "ah-ha!" moments, and painted the shins and fore-arms black, leaving the rest of the arms and legs the original Wreckage colors. The result actually gives the alt-mode a kind of treads look to the wheels, which was a very pleasant little surprise. (but we'll pretend I did that on purpose.)

I like it! It looks really good, though I wouldn't really say a classics style just due to the fact that he's a movie fig with a head swap between movie figs.. BUT! I love the idea behind it, so I'm diggin it a lot!!

hey man, really nice! I had the same idea due to him having a belly cannon, but you won to do it! also, I few months ago I saw that an upgrade kit was being developed to turn bludgeon(this mould) into a tank, if it actually get made, you should buy it and customize it too into an even more G1 warpath!

I think the aesthetic matches the movie more so than for Classics, but from what I can tell you did nice work with Warpath. I'd like to see more photos, some that can take me closer up to look at your work. It's certainly worth shooting a gallery of :thumb
