well, i found a 1/100 scale (roughly the same size as a deluxe) Black Hawk model that i'm reshelling/heavily modding classics mirage with. Its going alright so far.

The problem with using models though is that all heli models are really thin. So even when you find one thats the length you're looking form, its probably too narrow. Basically, if you're going to go the reshelling route, you kind of have to decide if you're ok with one of the modes either being too small or too big.

I'd be interested to see what you have done on the others though

HAS to be a Deluxe? You're stuck with using either Armada Cyclonus or Cybertron Buzzsaw.

Or possibly G1/2 Rotorstorm or one of his redecoes. Except he has very little articulation unless you heavily mod him, and I'm not even sure about his size offhand.

He's more or less the size of an older Mega toy, which is still bigger than the Deluxe he wants to work for.

Yeah, that's waht I figured. I thought for a minute he was more of a Deluxe, but I do seem to recall him being a bit bigger. I'm too lazy to go downstairs and check. :p

    How about G1 Highbrow? :lol

Yeah, I just checked out the Resources section and spotted that.

Well he wants a Classics-type toy, that means using G1 molds is kind of silly. Cyclonus/Buzzsaw is the only option in the Deluxe scale.

This should go in Customs Discussion, not actual WIP/Finished projects. I understand the confusion, but this section is for people who have finished (or partially finished) something and want to show pictures of it.
To answer the question, perhaps you could commision someone to Hydrospan you a Legends class Evac.

i was thinking of doing a classics bruticus a while ago and was brainstorming with molds. for vortex, i was thinking the exclusive topspin guy. i think he is a deluxe size, not positive. maybe you can check it out and he might work. good luck man,

Well, no, he's a Scout. He's a redeco of the Bruticus Maximus helicopter mould.

Rotorstorm is about the same height and size as modern Voyagers. still a bit big. if you were prepared to go a little bigger with Vortex Energon Bulkhead might be a good bet.
