I really enjoyed painting this figure, but disappointed that the commissioner will NOT respond to my emails. Funny, he stayed on me to finish and now that it's done I can't get a response.

Any who, prepare for a TON of finished projects coming down the pipe in the next few weeks. I'm going to enjoy finishing the last commissions on my plate, as these are the last commissions I will be taking.

I went heavier on the washes with this version of old Twister, including dark blue washes, Radar black and custom orange over the yellow areas. I also added some thruster vents from 00 Gundam Dynames on his shoulder/drill mounts.

Twin Twist will now head to eBay, the place where all un-claimed commissions go! LOL Enjoy and thanks for looking.

Love Twin Twist customs. This was the first TF I ever owned as a kid. The only thing that would make it better would be little motors to make the drills spin. Heh. Phenominal job!!

Dude, Twin Twist got scary!

Well, your commissioner's clearly crazy, but I have little doubt that you'll recoup your fees and then some!
I know you like my criticisms, Earl, ;)  but I'm wracking my brain and all I can come up with is that I'd have expected a lighter grey. :p

Bloody awesome work, sir. If there was a cap-doffing smiley, I'd be using it here... -->

I'm not sure about the main part, but the tips are clearly the missiles from G1 Devastator (or KO equivalent).

I find the tank turret itself a little extraneous (but really, what would you do with the mold were it not there?), however otherwise this version of Twin Twist is by far your best. I would like to see some bronzes or various other metallic colors used throughout the inner workings and gears of the tank treads. Maybe some boltgun metal or maybe a bit of the same color of blue from the robot mode to break up all that gray in alt mode? Aside from that, this is gorgeous work, Earl. Very well done!

It really looks wonderful, great work Earl. This is Twin Twist in my eyes.
Shame that the commissioner can't be contacted, but I'm sure it'll find a good home through eBay.
Looking forward to what else you have to show off.
