hi team, well now im all shifted into my new place i thought it about time to start customizing some more, and this is what ive been working on, he is a classics drift modded into boss, the engine turbine is made up of some random part i found, sunstreakers engine thingy and some greenstuff, i was trying for a g1 paint job but still keeping it relevant to todays classics g1 toys and i think i got what i wanted, the head is the original just modded to look as close as possible to the referance material at hand, comics and the toy, with my turbomaster boss i like to think of him as a sort of ninja hence th swords that i left there, plus they are pretty damn cool, who doesnt like swords on a giant transforming robot :)  any comments and crits welcome, enjoy my new turbomaster, he wont be the last :)

I love boss and the turbomasters!

Youe "ninja" idea is a little odd for boss, considering the turbomasters gimmick was missiles and launchers, but he's your figure - so kudos to you for making him a ninja.

The engine sections looks pretty good for being made up of "random parts".

This is awesome, I love Boss and this custom has been on my to-do list for a while now.

I genuinely think the Blurr mold is the perfect colour for Boss, but I can see why you'd want a different colour. I'll also be attempting a waist articulation mod for mine so I can have the legs reversed for that extra Boss look.

What head did you opt for?

i just used the original drift head dude and alot of sculpting with styrene and modelling putty, i was thinking of articulating the waist but i just wanted this to be a quick bash to get back into it.
