I finished this guy awhile ago, but only recently built a makeshift lightbox to take pictures.

I used a Botcon Streetwise, giving him Universe Smokescreen's shoulders & thighs, and Reprolabels' Barricade stickers.

I carved a line down the hood sides & removed the black paint from the headlight covers up to the carved line. I painted the lights underneath silver, as well as his horns.

I removed the paint from the windshield, but the tampo was stamped on, so from certain angles in odd lighting, you can still see the G2 sigil & "Autobot". I tried scraping it off, but it started to damage the plastic, and I decided I would rather have it smooth and barely be able to see it on my shelf, than have it be rough & scratched.

So? I got it extremely cheap off eBay. I know I'm not the first, and I won't be the last.

I like. Too bad about the windshield, other than that it looks good.

    Thanks, everyone!

If I can get my hands on a spare Prowl, I want to give him translucent taillights. If I can get a spare Ratchet, I could even combine the lightbar with Prowl's & have a translucent, dual-colored lightbar! :)

Nice job! I really like the idea and the execution only matches in quality.

Damn good stuff. This mold looks better in these colours than any of the official versions.

I wanted to give him Rapido's head, but couldn't find one cheap enough to justify decapitating.

    Ebay:
    Oh....kay...sorry? :peoples:

At the time that I was searching eBay, it would've cost me more to get an extra Silverstreak than it did to get Streetwise. Not to mention getting another Prowl for black forearms, would've been even more.

Heck, I sacrificed my only Smokescreen to make this.

Streetwise was the cheapest & best (I wanted as much stock colors as possible - I hate paintrub, I think it looks amateurish and I want my customs to look as factory-made as possible) option for me.

I don't care if it was a one of a kind item. I paid for it, I have every right to do whatever I want with it, whether it's swapping parts & putting stickers on it, or setting it on fire.
