Ramjet pulls off a pretty descent Dirge as a straight repaint. I've seen it done twice. While I would prefer the remolded wings, it was a descent substitute. I hope the Botcon Dirge has remolded wings and isn't just a straight repaint.

Looks clean man. Did you make him from a Skywarp? If so, what are you doing with the extra Ultra Magnus?

Yep, he came from Skywarp. As for UM, I found some folks on this site that were willing to sell me just Skywarp.

Hey Thundercracker, how did you take apart the weapons to paint them their colors?

I didn't take them apart as they are glued from the factory. Just some careful masking thats all...

Yeah, I like 'em too. I made some G1 Generic Seekers a few years back...

Big fan of all your work! I've seen the dirge and thundercracker and love it! One question though...do you use a clear coat to seal the paint in at all? Or is the Tamiya paint enough. I've had some colored paints that come off onto a paper towel if i try and dust the toy off after it's all dried. thanks! keep up the awesome work

Before it became obvious that Classics was over with, I had the vain hope that we'd get some seeker box sets, either as an online store thing, or as some store exclusives in some of those color schemes.

I would've amassed a legion of multicolored seekers, and would've loved it. Too bad.

Anyway, fantastic job on that generic seeker!
