Next in what should be a quick succsession is G1 Cliffjumper. Found a 1/32 Porsche 924, snagged a classics 'bee and a devil horns set and here is the result:

I'm done with trying to make these transform......as you'll see with the imminent G1 Mirage. I just can't get shit to line up properly for it to look right in robot mode (total kudos to the guys that do 'cos it looks awesome) so am totally concentrating on that instead. Only other major issue I had was the actual 924 roof was strangely huuuuge.

Just didn't look right so I've kept the original 'bee chest in place....gives better proportions, but his feet and rear hoodie are all Porsche 924 goodness :)

Cheers but nope, the roof is the original car model and the hood and rear end are 1/32 porsche 940 so it doesn't line up. It may actually transform and look half decent if I used the 940 roof but if you look in the pic where Cliff is holding it, it totally throws off the robot mode.

If it's not going to transform anyways, you could give him Don Figueroa style feet. Cut off the two front wheels and lay them down flat, drill some holes and re attach.
