ive decided to extend my classics collection since it doesnt look like hasbro will keep it goin, so im pulling figures from the newer lines to fill in the gaps. does anyone know a figure that would kitbash into a good kup?, preferrably with a similar altmode and near deluxe size. im pretty sure ill have to do a custom headsculpt and of course paint. and also what other figures would make good neo g1 characters? ive already got the no brainer ones energon downshift into wheeljack energon shockblast into shockwave energon towline into ironhide/ratchet cyb blurr into blurr cyb smokescreen into smokescreen the lambo brothers from R.I.D. seem too skinny for classics but maybe...

Those aren't mine, they were posted at the infamous Japanese image board here. I imagine they were just custom alterations to the already existing head. Still, those illustrate that the mold works very well for the Fairlady Z guys with a properly styled noggin.

wow those prowl and streak customs look amazing! i just repainted my smokescreens head into blue and yellow. yeah i kick myself for not buying energon bulkhead! ive got omega supreme and ive got universe devestator which i think makes a better devestator than the energon. i used titanium soundwave for my classics soundwave, same with rodimus. i think cyb metroplex painted in classic colors and an altered alt mode would be perfect for classics metroplex.

Forgot Cyb Metroplex, he also makes a wonderful Fortess Maximus if you mod the head along with a repaint. ill put up pics soon of my smokescreen head paint up. if you paint the lower part of the crest it can actually almost have the same line as the antenna or whatever on the originals. it doesnt look half bad and does wonders for the homage.

That Prowl and Bluestreak are excellent. I'm half tempted to try that, but I can't escape the feeling that Botcon may deliver them.
