Do we already have any type of trailer that would look good with Classic OP? Does he even have a hook-up for a trailer?

I don't think he has anything to hitch a trailer on. Might be possible to take advantage of a hole or divot somewhere on the back of the toy though, if you're not too picky. (or get the drill.)

There is not a hitch, I'll be using the Dremell on mine, just need to find a Model Trailer that will work.

Not to sound like an ass, but why is everyone always so hung up on a trailer for Prime? Only reason I ask is I am a Prime collector and hate to display them with their trailers. All the trailers are under the shelf in the cabinet.

because the trailer is like the mouthplate. It's quintessentially part of Prime. At least to most of us it is. Either a trailer or a disconnecting back portion (ala Fire Convoy or Galaxy Convoy)

For me it's like Altercron said it's quintessentially part of Prime, not only that I just HATE how Semis look without a trailer

Alt mode looks better with a trailer, and mobile battle bases kick ass.

    Battle base > supermode.

here here Grey. 97 outta 100 semis on the road have a freakin' trailer attached. *L* that's why! :p

Shin: how tall is Prime's alternate mode?? I'd love to know so that I could keep an eye out for an appropriately sized trailer...

Chances are that in less than a month somebody will scratchbuild a trailer and post pics of it here, and we'll oogle it and request that they make more. Then when Takara releases Classics, Prime will have a cardboard version made from his box but everyone will complain that that it looks too flimsy. Then a garage kit will come out and those who held out on the Takara version will buy those for $75.00. Finally, Takara will rerelease Prime with a proper trailer for one and a half times to original price and everyone who bought the garage kit will complain that they have to buy it again and everyone else will wonder where roller is.

Then someone will ask where Movie Prime's trailer is...

I'd rather customize a model trailer than scratchbuild it, but otherwise that's my intention.

Exactly. A nice updated trailer that unfolds into a base would've been great for Classics, plus it'd keep that box from looking so damn empty. Oh well though, the toy is still good regardless.

No you see if they make that no Autobot could stand on it as the base mode would be made of 100,000,000,000 parts and they would fall through it.

hehe, here in Michigan we see semis going down the road trailerless all the time. Might be why I have never really been keen on the trailer.

A truck without it's trailer is called a Bobtail around here. I think it's dumb looking and just un-natural.......let the 18-wheeler be an 18-wheeler! LOL

I want to see someone take a crack at a Magnus Battle suit for the CLASSIC magnus.

Maybe a more realistic car-carrying trailer that transforms into a less traditional battle suit. (I was thinking like a powerloader from Aliens)
