I'm going to assume the "Classics" is really the G1 redone line mentioned at Botcon 2005.

I would like to see the Dinobots (the Energon Dinobots weren't bad but come on the combined mode was   )and some combiners in this new line.

All I want is Hot Rod. That's all I ask for. Robot Masters didn't have one, Alternators doesn't have one, this could be my only chance to get a new figure of G1 Hot Rod. That is all I want out of the Neo G1 line. Anything else is just a bonus.

 

Any Characters Pre Movie, done well. Colors, name, general alt mode respective to the original. There isn't much more I want from Transformers period actually  

 

A highly flammable Wheelie toy that comes with a small stake to tie him to. It should have a built in sound effect, namely a convincing scream.

A Bumblebee that almost resembles a VW, but not enough to get sued.  

A fully articulated Rodimus Prime that is actually BIG. I remember my 9 year old self got very frustrated about being unable to successfully re-enact the "Arise, Rodimus Prime" scene because:
a) I had no Matrix (a bit of pollished green stone stuck to Galvatron's chest with blu-tack made a poor substitute) and;
b) Rodimus was tiny compared to Galvy, not to mention the fact that all he could do was wave his arms up and down.  

Ahem. Anyway, the other toys I'd love to see are:

Ratchet and/or Ironhide with actual faces... and actual bodies, now I think about it.

Rumble and Frenzy as motorbikes (and actual piledrivers.)

Seeker jets by the truckload, naturally.

In the main, I'd like to see a line that was more or less to scale (in robot mode) with the BT/Alternators and contained more Decepticons than Autobots. I want to boost the 'con numbers on my shelves: it's so hard for them to look threatening when they're outnumbered more than three to one.

And even though I don't particularly like the idea of Megatron as a gun, I'm aching for that toy...

 

My main wish is the five Dinobots. All as Ultras  DON'T MAKE THEM COMBINE FOR GOD'S SAKE, DON'T MAKE THEM COMBINE!!!!!!!!!!!!1!!!!111!1

New combining Stunticons would ROCK.

The Decepticon Jets would be pretty easy, since we know a mold has been seen for Starscream, I think they'd make the obligatory Thundercracker and Skywarp repaints.

As for deluxe Autobot cars I'd love to see:

Optimus Prime, complete with trailer, with good articulation, and no damn mutant windshield in alt mode. Seriously. If they just keep the alt mode looking like a real (if somewhat generic) COE, I'll be happy.

In three reiterations of G1 Prime, we have yet to get one with a good alt mode.

I'd like him to be either the size of the original, or close to scale (alt mode wise) with the Autobot cars.

 

I've got an inordinate craving to have the three main seekers in super-detailed, super-articulated, fully transformable glory, despite not being the biggest of fans of them. It's weird. The other three would be welcome, too, but not required.

 

There will be hell to pay if I don't get a super articulated, red Lambo-esque Sideswipe with the hood for the chest before this line ends.

note: as much as i'd love it, i don't think we'd get a Ultra Starscream, and 2 repaints of it in a filler line, i'd love to get it retooled into the season 2 Seekers as well, but i can't see that happening even with the deluxe mold. And i wrote this list keeping with hasbro's 60:40 ratio of Autobots to Decepticons. Also, due to it being a filler line, i doubt we'd see a gestalt, but if there is one, it'd have to be Decepticon, as they were the ones that utilised it more, and had the technology first.

We already know theres likely to be a Megatron and Screamer (as per the protos shown at Botcon, and if they do a Starscream, Skywarp and Thundercracker should be no prob.) so the only other Decepticon I absolutely gotta have is Soundwave.
Anything more would just be icing on the cake.

I would like to see a lot of the same things you guys have mentioned. I like the idea of a decent Hot Rod and a Rodimus Prime that actually has articulation. Seeker jets seem like a gimme; but I don't see any firearm Megatrons ever happening, unforturnately. I don't forsee many or any of the bots in the line consisting of G1 reissue stuff; I just don't think the kids nowadays would like them, plus, they really are on the fragile side. I think a lot of it depends on how long they want the "filler line" on the shelves. I think the longer the time frame, the better the toys. I don't know. We'll see.
