I just purchased a Classics Mirage and while transforming him a tab popped out of place behind the driver's window now I can't get him back into vehicle mode properly...How can I fix this?

Same thing happened to me, what you do is:
    1. Push the pin out, a hammer and nail works great.
    2. softly peck at it
    3. after pin is out, fix assembly
    4. put pin back in
    5. enjoy

It wouldn't be a Mirage homage without waist problems.
