hehehe feel free to use it bro :)  As for a picture, here's a WIP shot I took when I was having a REALLY hard time waiting for it to cure before reassembly, it shows the shade really well:

Ahh, that's nice, and much closer to what I'd expected. I know purples can often come out a lot pinker under flash photography...

WICKED!!! As usual. Another great job. I understand completely about purple paint (still hitting head against wall on my first attempt at MM).

Nice custom. What kind of blade did you use to cut off the wing ?

you get much better control with the saw, and its a much thinner cut, and you can use it to get longer straight cuts done properly.

He is very pretty! I love the shiny paint, it looks awesome. Nice wing mod too, I'd like to do one like it. My favorite part though is the waist mod. You did an awesome job on it and now I know how I'll do it when the time comes!

Thanks for giving me a microburst of my own Redline!

Nice, very nice. I'm glad to see the Rainmakers getting some love, and it's cool you've made your own character. The purple is great; I wish stores in my area stocked the krylon x-metals. I must have that wet-look stuff!!

Can't wait for Microburst's bio and his inclusion in the gallery.

I found it at Kmart of all places. I'd never have looked there if not for plowking.

he's not PURELY a custom character. He's based off "The Rainmakers", a trio of seekers (yellow, green, purple) that appeared in one episode of G1. You can find them easily enough at the TF Wiki website. My FA-18 is also one of these Rainmakers. I embellished the individual character's traits, but that's because the ones in the show really didnt' have any characterization, as they weren't main characters at all. they were "generic seekers" on Cybertron.
