Good job with the modeling. Looking forward to seeing it textured up. Any plans for an animation, to show the transformation?

I think if you add some details and make the edge charmfer
    than the effect will better

Wow man that means a lot coming form you your like one of the masters when it comes to this . I do plan on doing a animation i still need to learn a little more to get it to transform like i want it to. As for textures i just whent with a composit map that i made. Are there any tips or turtals you could lead me to to help me with makeing the face. you know i kind of look up to you and would like to one day do what you do at renderfarm

Hey dude. :)  For the face, there are no tutorials I can point too, except look up tutorials for modeling human faces. Sections on modeling the mouth area, will be helpful. One tip I can give you for the face, is to start off by getting entire basic shape of the face modeled before adding the mouth and other details. As well, keep the geometry for the mouth simple, and tweak it until you feel it starts to shape up. Then start adding more edges/lines to smooth it out. If you add to much geometry of the bat, things will get messy.

looking good man! Keep it going man. The shots seem a little dark so it's hard to see some of the details on it.

The battlestation mode could be a little more integrated between its top and bottom halves. If you don't want to change the robot proportions, you could have the abdominal segment rotate 90 degrees forward at the hips and the central chest section end up sitting on what was the back of the abdomen, in order to compress that vertical dimension a bit. The left and right chest modules could even slide downwards slightly to allow them to rest on the legs.

The hands also seem a bit small - is there any way to use more of the inner forearm as storage for them, allowing them to be bigger? A prototype I've been working on can be viewed at http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f...shift/doubleshifthandtransformationinstru.png - it shows one way to fold a large hand into a forearm.

(Although it's more complex than it needs to be in that picture, because of other unrelated design factors. Panels three through eight are sufficient to get the point across.)
