From what i have seen the united looks much better than the henkei, not to say that the henkei looks bad. I might look to snag the united up myself for my chug collection.

 

The United version looks like a less-premium version of Henkei Megatron.

 

I would probably stick with my Henkei one. But since I want those exclusive Targetmasters, I might have to pick up United Megs as one of the United purchases.

 

Go with the Henkei. All-around it has more paint apps and the nice chrome (I, for one, like chrome). Also, Megatron's "eyebrow" is painted black rather than left the plastic grey. That little touch just makes the Henkei's face standout much more than the United's.

 

If I didn't already have Henkei version of Megatron I would be getting the United version. Looks good but the price I've seen is a little high considering the mold is just OK. I personally love the chrome of Henkei Megatron, until it gets scratched that is.

My thinking was the United one looks more plain and therefore closer to the cartoon. That's why I preordered that instead getting Henkei off eBay. This thread is making me reconsider though...

 

United will be getting his wings clipped from me.

Henkei, the deco on the United version is too boring.

 

both look great, the united colour is more G1 accurate. i am still happy with my henkei though.
