    I love this... a LOT!

There have been a lot of really impressive Omega Supreme customs recently, and while this one may not have all the details and paint apps that some of them do, it's still probably my favourite one so far. It has a nice sense of having a "play factor" and the alt-mode "complex" is really charming, with all the mini-vehicles and stuff. Simply fantastic.

Did you chop up a SOC Voltes V to make one of those mini-tanks???

Thanks! Yeah, I got tired of waiting on hasbro to give us a classics omega. I'd be really interested to see what they would do with him though if they did give us one!

Thank You! Yes, I definitely did not go all out on the finish with panel lining, washes, detailing, etc. My main reasoning (I think I mentioned it in the first post) was that I wanted a really clean look, nothing war ravaged or anything like that. Also, he would not have fit in with displaying my other classics figures...I wanted to try to make what I felt was the ultimate "classics" Omega that we might imagine from hasbro, so that's what I had in mind :)

Believe it or not, it wasn't laziness, I truly did think that going over the top with the finish would hurt the effect in the end. The way he looks now is kind of somewhere between something hasbro would make and something like uuser, thyvipera, or the many other guys on here would make (with their expert washes, panel lining and *fine* painting detail).

I wanted my version to look "plasticy" and more toy or comic like opposed to realistic. This allows him to fit right into displays with other classics and classics legends guys.

Oh, and yes, I definitely did use a voltes V in this project :D  The shuttle is from his head, and both tanks had parts sourced from him. Thanks again for the reply, I'm glad you like him!

A comparison shot with him and Classics OP (or any other classics) would be sweet!

Thanks guys! I'll try to get a shot of him with some other figures today or tomorrow. I'm thinking some of the legends classics will be nice :)

Ok, here are some more pics. Sorry that they're not as good (lighting and clarity), I don't have a tripod to use at the moment.

    With classic Prime...

Man I didn't realize how huge he was until I saw that picture with him and Prime. He. Looks. Amazing. He does fit very well with the classics line look. If only I had skills enough to do something like that.

Mega-Prime 316: I searched, but could not find your omega, is he posted on the forums somewhere? I'd definitely like to check him out if you post a link!
