    Hello,

I'm thinking of trying to make the Legends Soundwave more like his G1 self, rather than the Cybertron version.

After playing about with various bits and bobs, I found that by removing the wing kibble, replacing the arms with a Legends Starscreams arms and the legs from the blue/grey jet from the Aerial Rivals pack (cant remember what the name is) he looked a lot like his old self.

Obviously, it needs painting, and prob a few parts from a PVC figure (gun, shoulder cannon, etc), but what does everyone think?

If you can figure out a way for it to transform into a cassette player, I think it should turn out quite cool.

I'm betting that it can't transform into anything, because there is little room above the hip joint, so he can't bend his legs a la Titanium Soundwave.

I think this, but I also think that if you really do your paint apps well, you can pull of a nice, "PVC" type of Soundwave as well :thumb

I use the same molds for my classic frenzy and rumble, if it helps, i took soundwaves waist off and used jetfires waist and legs, if you do it right you can keep the 360 rotation and it will have room to fold the legs up the sides for soundwave cassette mode
