I dunno. That's kinda cool. I don't think he's ever had a homage has he?

eh. Too ulgy for me. And if they're going to make Trypticon, they need to make it BIG!

As LAME as it is, I still can't RESIST it & I found it ABNORMAL as I'm normally a "NO REPAINT" guy. Funny though...(Sigh!)

    My thoughts EXACTLY!!

Yeah, I don't think I'll be getting any of these except Perceptor, even though I'm getting the rest of the Classics line. It's just not an update of Trypticon.

Man that's not Trypticon... I was hoping for a little tiny dino, not a Scourge repaint.

I'm liking this. I think a repainted LOC Prime as Metroplex would look pretty snazzy next to this.

    Meh.

The toy itself is underwhelming but it's nice to see Hasbro putting the effort into bringing back G1 names for the Classics line.

Hmmm. Well, generally I have a "no beast Transformers" rule (minus a few G1 guys). But this guy is small and cheap..... and in homage colors..... and is part of Classics, a line I'd like to be a completist for.

Who am I kidding, I know he will end up in my shopping cart.

Are you guys not seeing the bigger picture with these?

They have the name back and in use

Which means it is available for use in new products.

That's pretty dumb. Beast Wars II Galvatron would've made more sense.

Thats exactly what I was thinking. I'll buy it for the name on the package, but what really excites me is they still have the name...I'd SO jump all over a Supreme Trypticon in the Classics line. not that it will ever happen, I'm just saying I wouldn;t eat for a week to afford a Classics Trypticon.

Except that the colors are dead-on identical to Trypticons? Makes perfect sence to me.

So "classics" are not just classics, but repaints of other lines? It's only the names that are "classics?"

NO. classics ARE classics. these are merely LOCs.. obviously these are only meant to keep the price point filled until they can make new molds :D  damn I can't wait to see them prove me right, I love mini TFs!
