    I never thought of cuttin it that way!
    i did mine by cutting the ridged part on the arm. just shaving it down a bit.

    i love how u painted him tho. to make him like g1!
    i plan on doing mine like that soon

    Saw this today and fixed up old Ironhide ASAP. Did both the head and arm mods and now Ironhide's ready to stomp some Decepticon chassis.

    Right, and some have said that the alt mode can be dramatically affected. It looks like a few of you guys here have done this mod. If someone could post an nice "after" photo of the alt mode, I think it would be very helpful.

    If I get a chance, I'll post my mods that I did to mine and show the bot and alt modes, Allen. Been busy with site stuff and personal stuff, but I'll try to help you (and others) out soon, so you can see what I did.
