    UPDATE 2-25-2010 : Added more pics to the fifth page.

    Been gone for a while but now I'm back and better than ever.

    Here is my Classic Voyager sized almost Ultra size Grimlock. Made from from an Oversized KO figure. And other parts from a Transmetal Beast War Megatron and a Gundam.

    Robot Mode
    ==========

    I went with a Masterpiece Grimlock and Classics paint scheme overall. With a custom gold mix that was airbrushed, and all the silver was drybrushed to mimic grimey aged metal.Thanks to Sunswipe for the idea.

    Weapons
    =======

    His sword came from a Gundam I remember the name if anyone needs to know just ask. And his tail whip was made using the base and tip of the KO tail and the segmented middle from BWT Megatron.

    What more can I say that you can't see with your eyes. I love this thing and I am finally glad I have a properly sized Grimlock to go in my Classics Collection.

    LOL I've had this in mind for the past few months. Only with the Henkei! deco instead. And I was probably going to be less concerned with the bot mode since I personally don't care much for it.

    Great to see that it does work well and looks great.

    Another awesome job.

    That looks great - now you have the option to take the original classics figure, turn it into a Velociraptor, and name it Classics Dinobot! Woot.

    Thanks F_R. I can see a prominent future in utilizing them.

    Thanks AbX23 been practicing and perfecting as much as possible. I got myself a tripod now just gotta get a better camera.

    The bot mode needed A LOT of working. The legs were completely hollow and had just a joint hinge. Mold wise it's still too stretched out IMO even in a KO.

    GREAT IDEA!!!! :thumb  I'm thinking Classics Transmetal Dinobot hmmmmmm......

    I will try and take some and post them soon. But it's do able.

    QUE? :inquisiti

    You mean besides taking a simplified ,oversized, weak plastic knock off, and re-joint its knees and hips, add shins and ankles to the hollowed legs, add a segmented tail to static non moving tail, add articulated hands, gave it a sword with a peg to store it in bot mode, strip it paint apps, prime it, mix paints, repaint it, and seal it?

    No......not much more than that.:lol
