    Classics Galvatron, Updated 5/26/12

Ok this is my fourth attempt at a Galvatron. This time I decided against using the Energon Mold to go for my own take. Very early WIP and will require a lot of sanding and smoothing out. He will transform into an alt-mode somewhat similar to G1 Galvatron but I'm not focusing on the alt-mode too much. I will add the hip pieces back and will more closely resemble the G1 look. He won't be super accurate like some of the Galvatron's I have seen, just good enough for my own collection. LMK what you think so far.

Update: Resculpted the chest area to bulk him up a little. New photos

Universe Stormcloud, I'm amazed at how well the legs fit right on there with very little modification. They are very Galvatron like.

I would like to see a different head, but I really do like how this looks.

Excellent work so far! I've had one of these cooking with this mold for nearly 2 years now (working on & off in between real life BS). You took it a different route & used some very cool legs on this. I like your work on the chest & the head also! Can't wait to see more on this one. The leg choice is perfect for this (& this is coming from someone who went through about 4 leg choices on my own). LOL

The only advice I can give is maybe bulk the chest up just a bit. It's almost too flat & in my opinion, needs that extra bit of bulkiness & angle to it. It's still great work, just maybe something to think about, if you want to go that route.

Keep up the great work, man!

Thanks, I've been thinking the same thing on the chest, will work on that tonight. Should also allow me to smooth it out some too.

This is turning out very well, it all blends perfectly in terms of who the character is which happens to be my absolute favorite decepticon
