after seeing some cool Galvatrons these last couple of weeks I have decided to do one myself only worked on him for about an hour while watching transformers on the hub :)  I like it so far hoping to send it in the custom contest that the club is holding, need to get a different camera then my phone lol
Well he is finally done not sure about the head but I was thinking about taking the horns off the galvatron head and putting them on the wfc megatron head

I would say leave it on. It balances out the similar piece on his shoulder. Unless you also get rid of that and fill it in with something to make it solid.

It looks good so far. What are your plans for the head? Also, what did you mean by "side piece of his cannon" I look forward to see what you get at the end of your project. In my opinion, this mold was designed to be Galvatron. The body mirrors the original animation mold pretty closely while still being different.

You got to have more patience, not everyone responds to a thread in the first fifteen minutes

Also I have a Generations Megatron and what piece on the cannon are you talking about? I don't see it

you could use one of the 2 cannon tips from energon megs/galvy and cut off the cannon tip and replace it.

I think Hasbro would be very wise to release that repaint/remold. just like that.

I'm trying this myself but have run into trouble removing Megatron's head without breaking the damn thing. How is it held together? I removed the screw but it just won't split at the seem.

Ah so it's a glue/screw combo, I hate it when they do that. Oh well, looks like i'm just going to have to be careful with it.
