It's a little more than I thought, considering the (presumably) less complex engineering required for this than City Commander. Totally worth it, though. It's nice to finally see photos of the weapons in use, and I'm glad they're including the tow for _____ Commander armors.

The amount of thought that appears to have gone into absolutely blows the BTS trailer away. Frickin' pre-ordered.

Are you f-ing kidding me? $85 ($80-$82 at TFsource) for that thing after the City Commander price started at $76.99! That's ridiculous, especially when they have a rival trailer out there for $60. I'm not saying this thing isn't awesome, cuz it is, but the only thing that really made me want this set over the other is the extra guns. Not worth $25 more bucks for like 3 guns that the other trailer doesn't come with

It is a bit much isn't it? I guess I had it in my mind that it would be a bit cheaper. I love it though but it's just dropped a bit on priority.

Are these being produce in a smaller number?

Yessss! At last! Thanks, BBTS guys (I kept asking them to put this on pre-order every new G3-Trailer-related board), you rock. I still think you charge too much for international shipping, but you rock anyway.

I think it is pretty cool. It's a nice retro G1 styled trailer, and the weapons are a nice extra. Especially the badass looking sword for Grimlock.

    Yes.

You guys are crazy. City Commander was smaller, with less parts, and he didn't come with things like a spring loaded Roller launcher. Oh and it includes a fricking Roller!!! People always want trailers but when they see what it costs to add them they complain. No wonder Hasbro isn't doing them for Prime's anymore.

I think this is an awesome piece and will save up for it. I do also plan on buying the other trailer as well but the nemesis version.

Isn't the sword overkill considering he already has a gun-sword and a tail-sword?

Untill they repaint it 5 more times and keep releasing it :lol

Why dont they produce larger numbers and sell them for less so everyone can afford them. They would make a lot more money then trying to go for the gold right out of the gate lol.

Y'know I was just thinking the same thing too. I mean, they've done a stellar job with their releases thus far, so it's not like their customer base has dwindled.

Price is a smidge too high. That better include a really damn good instruction comic book like the Commander sets do. Their pricing strategy doesn't seem to take into account that they actually have competition in the market. I was expecting $60 or so.
