I am still a rookie with repainting my figures. I mentioned this is in the Silverstreak feedback thread but I thought that I might mention it here in too. When I got 2 figures of Silverstreak, I could not resist of giving it a try and painting one of the figures blue. This was a very easy repaint. I only used colors that would potentially match up with the Diaclone "mythical" colors for Bluestreak, which I have never seen in person. What I used was Games Workshop paints.

    Comments are always welcome. Enjoy.

the figure looks much better in real life. If I can get my camera to cooperate with me, you will see clearer pictures of it.

The headlights were already painted from the toy's original colors so I do not know on what color is underneath the paint.

Does your camera have a "macro" setting (usually has a little flower icon)? That will help your pics!

Your Bluestreak, on the other hand looks great! I'd say you have moved up out of the rookie leagues, my friend!:thumbs2:

also, try taking your pictures without a light source behind the subject. It's working against you. Looks like a good paintjob though.

Awesome! My first custom was a G1 Bluestreak to diaclone blue colors, so it's very nice to see this! (I left my autobot symbols on since I was after creating the apparantly nonexistant blue Bluestreak.) Nice Job!

I appreciate all of the nice comments that people gave me on this.

My digital camera is extremely old (~2002) and its lifespan is almost up. I do not have a macro setting on it but I do on my non-digital camera, which I have not used in awhile.

I hope that the new images are better than the old two.

thank you....I felt that it was a good idea to try put the Diaclone colors on the Classics figure. You can try it too...I think that it would be easier than with the original G1 mold.
