I always liked Huffer as my 2nd Favorite Transformer. I also figured we wouldnt get a sized and detailed version of him. So I did it myself!

I disasembled, painted, and reassembled the Kup figure to look like Huffer and hondasaint14 sculpted the head for me. I also painted the head.

Tell me how you like him.........

That...... works a lot better than I thought it would! If Has/Tak offered this up as a Classics Huffer, I'd buy it. Good job sir. Good job!

Finally someone makes one of these guys. I personally am not a huge fan of the idea but it's nice to see someone flesh it out. Looks pretty good. The eyes could be painted a bit better but being that I've painted up that head myself, it's not easy.

Ha! I would never have seen this, but somehow the bot mode works remarkably well!

And of course, helped enormously by a pretty slammin' paint job! Nice! :D

Yeah, I'd like to echo this. I didn't think this would work, but that really does make a good Huffer

When I saw the thumbnail, I was thinking to myself, "This doesn't work at all." Then I check this out, and I am pleasantly surprised that I'm totally wrong. This is VERY excellent, and also very well executed. Well done :thumb

It's not bad. I agree that the eyes could be better. If you could do the mod and move his doors to the backs of his legs, then the arms would look so much better for Huffer. Still,it's very well done.

thanks guys I appreciate the support! Im still touching him up and the eyes looked sharper but when i hit it with clear coat (24 hours after original paint) the paint ran together. I ordered Gundam markers to help me touch it up later.

I did not think of a hip placed door mod. it would look nice, Ill look into it.

    Thanks

EDIT: I saw the mod, and although its very nice i dont think its fo me. I dont like the parts forming aspect.

    Thanks again!

EDIT: Although it would be reversable if i didnt like it, ahhh now you got me thinking. LOL!

Funny how the mold suits both an old curmudgeon AND a pessimist.

I think I reached my redudancy allotment for the day.

    Anyway, nice work.

Just dropping in to say this is boss. I've had a spare kup sitting by for a g2 electro custom but since I don't need to do that anymore I may try this!
