Galvatron was kitbashed out of several other Transformers and some custom made parts. The head and arm cannon are from the Universe Galvatron.

To make it look as accurate as possible to the cartoon version, I had to sacrifice the alt mode, but the coolness of his robot mode, more than compensates that!

Scourge and Cyclonus are the Generations and Classics/Henkie molds, done in my signature cartoon style, using matt enamels a dullcote lacquer.

This is one awesome little Galvatron, man! I love the use of the Kup & Cyclonus parts, as well as the Universe Galvatron stuff. It all meshes together so well! I've been tempted to do something similar with my Universe Galvatron & extra Cyclonus. I may just try this, unless I go with something different. The paint apps look great on these also! Excellent work, bro!

hahahaha yeah.. you're right, now I'll never look at that pic without thinking of it ¬¬

I just quoted the recipe here, some guys here are real experts knowing their TFs!

We have a winner! You just solved the mystery (Love it when a trained eye finds out which parts were used! :D )

90% airbrush, small details were handpainted and some drybrushing to bring out the details

Fits in with the group perfectly and totally captures the aura that is Galvatron.

And now you've inspired me to do one similar to this, bro! I've literally built the entire thing in a day/night and now I'm waiting for the sculpting putty to dry inside the head so I can drill a hole for the ball joint to snap into. Mine is similar on a lot of parts, but I changed it just a bit. I used a Generations Kup, Universe Galvatron & Cyclonus. I know I'm building my definitive Galvatron in a Voyager scale, but after seeing this, I wanted one in this scale also! Mine is also non-transforming like yours, but it's still a WIP. Hope to share it up soon. Thanks for the inspiration, my friend!
