    UPDATE
Here is my third attempt. At the recast. NO BUBBLES!!!! yay!!!!

So after I made my Classics Hydra (Darkwing) I wanted to make a matching Buster. But Im not about to modify my Botcon Dreadwing. So my friend taught me how to recast a head. Here is my first attempt. It came out pretty good. Only one small bubble spot that can be easily fixed with some devcon as a filler.

you've opened up pandora's box my friend. You will know no life in the future, as you'll be consumed by cast requests. :lol  I do hope you don't get into any trouble! Nice job on the cast, can't wait to see the repaint.

*waves hand* Solscud007 is not selling these. Fun Pub will stay away. There is nothing to be seen here. Move along.

Do you mind sharing how you casted that head? I am very interested in casting and I have a few heads that I want to cast.

So any information would be greatly appreciated.

That's a big ass bubble on his chin. Looks great though....
I've been keeping bubbles out of my molds with 2 tricks,
    (1) "scoop" out the bubbles right after you pour the resin in, using a toothpick. You have about 30 seconds, but use the toothpick's tip to "scoop" them out towards the sides and up to the surface of the resin, you should be able to see them all
    (2) allowing mold to set on a vibrating surface

A good "vibrator", for lack of a better word:eek: :lol , is your airbrush compressor, if you have one. Just set your mold on top and turn on the compressor for a minute or two.:thumb

** EDIT ** Nice cast by the way!!
